The Cultural Arts Program supply closet is stocked with basic materials to support a variety of basic art projects. As part of the 2025 program relaunch, the closet has been organized, and an updated inventory can be found on this page.

If you need a specific item that isn’t available, a $20 stipend is available for supply purchases. Most classes have around 20 students—though it’s best to confirm with the teacher—so be sure to gather enough materials for everyone.

Some, but not all, of the paintings included in the curriculum can be found throughout the halls of Central.  If a print is already in school, it’s noted on the grade-level page under the link to presentations and project ideas. We’re hoping to expand our collection of prints in 2025-2026.  Check out our wishlist!

FAQs

Where is the closet?

To access the supply closet, request the key from the front office when you check in. The closet is located on the second floor, up a short staircase. There are two closets, but all relevant materials are in the closet on the left.

How do I submit a reimbursement?

If you use the $20 stipend, please use this reimbursement form and attach any receipts for reimbursement.

What should I do with leftover materials?

If you have leftover materials that are enough for another class to complete the project, you’re welcome to return them to the supply closet for future use. If only a small amount remains—less than what would be needed for a full class—you’re welcome to take them home to help keep the closet organized and free of miscellaneous items.

If you use the last of a supply or come across any materials that are unusable, please contact the pto (centralptoboard@gmail.com) so we can restock and keep the closet well-supplied!

Will we expand the supply inventory?

We’re always looking for fresh project ideas! If you have suggestions for new materials, feel free to contact us.  Donations are always welcome.
